NDIS

If you are either NDIS self managed or plan managed, you may be able to use it to purchase from Sensory Poodle. We recommend you seek advise from your support coordinator or plan manager if you are unsure.  Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions. 

Make sure you put the NDIS participants full name and NDIS number in either the comments box at check out OR as part of the billing details.  

If you are Self-Managed :

There are TWO OPTIONS

1. You can order from the website as normal & pay upfront using our payment options. 

    You submit your invoice /receipt to NDIA yourself.  As we receive payment upfront we send the items out immediately.  

    OR 

    2. As a Pay Later LATER option 

      Select the NDIS self managed payment method at checkout.  This is a PAY LATER option, to allow you to draw down first. 

      The PDF link for your invoice to forward to NDIA for payment to yourself will be included in your order confirmation email sent after checking out.

      Once you receive the funds you pay us directly. Our invoice includes payment details for you. We would love you to send us an email advising payment has been made including your order number & or name on invoice. 

      As soon as payment is received, we post the item to you & send you the tracking number.

       If Plan Managed by an Agency : 

      In this case, the Plan Manager/ 3 Party Agency pays us directly for resources.

       

      There are 2 EASY options

      1. Select items & at checkout, choose the payment option of  "NDIS Plan Managed" -  this will allow you to 'checkout' without payment.   

      The invoice link for you to forward to your plan manager for payment will be in your order confirmation email sent after checking out.  You then email your plan manager this invoice for payment.  It includes payment details for them.

      AS soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address &  send you the tracking number.  

       OR 

      B)  email us at  hello@sensorypoodle.com.au with 

      • the items you would like

      • name & NDIS number to be included on the invoice

      • delivery address and name & contact phone number 

      • email address of your plan manager to forward the invoice to.

      • We will also email you a copy

      If NDIA Managed : 

      We are not currently a registered provider however email us with your requirements and we will facilitate one of our amazing stockists to assist you with what you need.
